E360 LLC — Terms & Conditions

Welcome to E360 LLC (“E360,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of:

  • The E360 website (e360trainings.com)

  • Any pages, content, or features hosted on Squarespace

  • All training registrations, forms, communications, and customer portals hosted through Go High Level

  • All email communications sent through Mailgun

  • Any in-person events and transformational trainings offered by E360 (Levels 1–3 and all workshops)

By accessing our website, registering for a training, creating an account, or participating in E360 programs, you agree to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

1. About E360 Trainings

E360 offers experiential, transformational educational workshops including Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and other programs.
These trainings involve emotional, mental, and physical participation and may evoke strong feelings or personal insights.
Participants must read and sign required agreements before attending any training, including:

  • Hold Harmless, Disclaimer, Release & Arbitration Agreement

  • Level 1 Important Information & Ground Rules (and Level 2/3 equivalents)

These documents remain legally binding for all workshops.

2. Not Therapy or Medical Treatment

E360 trainings are not:

  • Psychotherapy

  • Counseling

  • Medical treatment

  • Substance-use treatment

  • Emergency mental health services

Our trainers and staff are not licensed mental health professionals.

*If you need therapeutic or clinical support, you should consult a qualified professional before enrolling.

3. Eligibility to Participate

By registering for an E360 training, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You are participating voluntarily.

  • You are mentally and physically able to participate safely.

  • You understand the trainings may evoke discomfort, deep emotions, and physical or emotional stress.

  • You will abstain from alcohol and non-prescription drugs during Level 1 and Level 2, as required in your signed agreements.

  • You are not currently experiencing acute psychological instability or in need of immediate therapeutic care.

E360 reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant at any time for any reason, as outlined in your agreements.

4. Required Agreements & Participant Responsibilities

To attend an E360 training, you must sign all required documents, including:

  • Hold Harmless, Disclaimer, Release & Arbitration Agreement

  • Important Information & Ground Rules

  • Any training-specific agreements

These documents include requirements such as:

  • Confidentiality (E360 cannot guarantee confidentiality)

  • No alcohol or non-prescription drugs during workshops

  • Full participation and attendance requirements

  • Adhering to ground rules (timeliness, no disruptive behavior, no side-talk, etc.)

  • Not recording or taking notes in the training room

  • Taking full responsibility for your well-being

  • Understanding the experiential nature of the program

5. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt website functionality

  • Attempt to access secured portions of the site without authorization

  • Copy, scrape, or misuse intellectual property

  • Use our website for fraudulent registrations or payments

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

6. Payments, Refunds, and Transfers

By registering for an E360 training, you agree to the following:

6.1 Tuition & Payments

  • Tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise noted.

  • Payment processing is managed through Go High Level and/or Stripe.

6.2 Refund Policy

  • Tuition is non-refundable.

  • However, tuition may be transferred to another eligible participant or another training date within 6 months, subject to availability and a $75 transfer fee.

  • Requests must be submitted before the training start date.

6.3 Money-Back Guarantee

If you complete both Level 1 and Level 2 fully and with excellence, and do not believe the value matched your investment, you may request a refund within 5 business days after completing Level 2. No questions asked.

7. Email & SMS Communications

By registering, opting in, or submitting a form, you consent to receive:

  • Emails (sent via Mailgun)

  • SMS/text messages (sent via Go High Level)

  • Phone calls from your success coach or E360 staff

You may unsubscribe or opt out at any time.

8. Waiver of Liability & Assumption of Risk

By participating in any E360 training, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You assume full responsibility for any emotional or physical risks.

  • You release E360 LLC and its trainers/staff from liability for injury, distress, or damages arising from participation.

  • You indemnify E360 LLC from claims related to your participation.

  • You understand that E360 does not provide medical or liability insurance.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the E360 website and in E360 trainings—including exercises, materials, processes, audio, visual content, and written content—is the property of E360 LLC.

You may not:

  • Record

  • Copy

  • Distribute

  • Reproduce

  • Teach

  • Share

  • Publish

any training materials or processes without written consent from E360 LLC.

10. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of:

  • Other participants' stories and sharing

  • The structure and processes of the training

However, E360 cannot guarantee confidentiality, as noted in your signed agreements.

11. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

As outlined in the Hold Harmless Agreement, all disputes:

  1. Must first go to mediation

  2. Then to arbitration in Buncombe County, North Carolina

  3. Jury trials are waived

These provisions are legally binding.

12. Right to Modify or Terminate Services

E360 LLC may:

  • Update or change training dates, locations, or curriculum

  • Modify website features or access

  • Update these Terms & Conditions at any time

Continued use of the website or participation in E360 services means you accept updated terms.
