Confidentiality:

We respect the confidentiality of all participants. However, please be aware of the limits to confidentiality as required by law.

Voluntary Participation:

Attendance is voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time.

Emergency Protocols:

In case of distress or emergency, notify staff immediately.

Childhood Trauma:

If you experienced childhood trauma due to physical or sexual abuse, or other forms of extreme emotional violence, we strongly advise against attempting to resolve these early life traumas in the E360 trainings. Our trainings and workshops are not designed to address such issues or alleviate the consequent suffering you may be experiencing.

We recommend seeking an appropriate professional setting to address these problems. While it is possible for individuals with painful childhood experiences to successfully complete our trainings by deciding in advance not to address those early issues during the workshop, some portions of the workshop could inadvertently revive painful memories. Please consider this carefully before enrolling.

Pregnancy:

If you are pregnant, please consult your physician before attending Level 1. You may not participate in Level 2 during pregnancy. There are no restrictions for Level 3.

Alcoholism and Chemical Dependency:

Participants are asked to abstain from alcohol and non-prescription drugs during Level 1 and Level 2. E360 trainings are not suitable for individuals with chemical dependency. If you are dependent on alcohol, marijuana, cocaine, or any similar non-prescription drug, or you would experience difficulty from not using it for a period of 4–5 days, we recommend you not participate in our workshops. E360 is not designed to help you with problems such as alcoholism or chemical dependency. The E360 trainings and workshops are not recommended for any individual in recovery with less than one year of continuous sobriety.

E360 trainers and staff reserve the right throughout the entire workshop to exclude people from the workshop for ANY REASON.
